    • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by the original packaging and any applicable tags or certificates.
    • Customized or personalized items cannot be returned, except in cases of manufacturing defects or errors on our part.
    • Items purchased during promotional, or clearance sales may be subject to additional terms and conditions, which will be clearly communicated during the sale.
  2. Return Process:

    • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within 15 days of receiving your order, either by phone or email, providing your order number and the reason for the return.
    • Our customer support team will guide you through the return process, provide you with a return authorization number (RMA), and the return shipping address.
    • Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit. We recommend using a reliable shipping service with tracking and insurance.
    • The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
  3. Inspection and Refunds:

    • Once we receive the returned item, our quality control team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria mentioned in Section 1.
    • If the item passes the inspection, we will initiate the refund process within 15 business days of receiving the items if accompanied by a sales receipt. The refund will be issued using the original payment method.

  4. Non-Returnable Items:

    • For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings and other body jewelry cannot be returned, except in cases of manufacturing defects or errors on our part.

    • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to follow the return process mentioned in Section 2 and place a new order for the desired item.
